To adopt a pet:
- You must be 21 years of age and must provide a photo ID with your current address.
- If you rent, you must have landlord approval and provide a pet addendum on your lease. If you own your home, bring proof of home ownership.
- If you already own animals, provide proof of rabies vaccination on your resident animals.
- We require you to bring your own leash and collar to finalize a dog adoption.
- If you are adopting a cat, you must bring your own carrier.
